• We ship Canada wide.

• Fish will arrive 24-48 hours after being shipped depending on location within Canada.

• Shipping costs may vary depending size and weight of the box required to ship your order.

• We offer A.O.D. (Alive On Delivery) guarantee. 

• We only require a video recording of the box being opened for the first time and the bag pulled out of the box.

• If fish do not arrive alive, request a refund with proof of the video.

• Fish shipped in winter conditions are required to be shipped to your closest UPS access point for arrive alive guarantee.

• Refunds cannot be given without video proof of the initial opening of the box.  

1. All fish are packed in 3 mil thick bags with their tank water and a stress relieving additive.

2. Bags are then injected with oxygen and sealed individually.

3. The bags are placed in a styrofoam cooler, then inside of a cardboard box.

4. Heat packs are also packed in the coolers when required to keep the water warm.

Our record (this is not something we try to do) is 56 hour delivery time and the fish arrived alive and healthy.
